The Tastiest Mocktail Recipes for Dry January

In fact - they're so tasty, you won't even notice that they're alcohol-free! From something sweet and fruity, to an exotic mojito that'll transport you to a golden sandy beach in Cuba, our tasty mocktail recipes are perfect for any occasion (and you definitely won't regret them the next morning).

Mojito Mocktail

A delectable mix of lime and mint, our Mojito mocktail is a refreshing, citrusy sweet drink with a delicious minty aftertaste.

Ingredients (serves 1):

6 mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime (plus one segment for garnish)
300ml soda water or lemonade
Crushed ice
Directions:

1. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice and mint leaves.
2. Add the lime juice and muddle together using a muddle stick (a pestle and mortar will also work), but be careful not to tear the lime leaves.
3. Top up your glass with lemonade/soda water and stir with a long-handled spoon.
4. Add a few mint leaves and a lime segment to garnish.
5. Sit back and enjoy!

Piña Colada Mocktail

If you're missing the summer sun this dry January, then you can't go wrong with a tropical piña colada mocktail. The perfect blend of pineapple and coconut - this decadent mocktail is perfect for those with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients (serves 1):

150ml chilled pineapple juice
50ml cream of coconut
¼ lime, juiced
Ice
Maraschino cherries to garnish
Directions:

1. Add the pineapple juice, cream of coconut and ice to a blender.
2. Blitz together for 30 seconds until smooth.
3. Pour into a piña colada glass (or gin glass if you'd prefer), garnish with a maraschino cherry and cocktail umbrella for the ultimate tropical treat.

Virgin Peach Bellini

Fruity and refreshing, this virgin peach bellini is the ultimate treat. Whether you use lemonade or go all-out with non-alcoholic prosecco, this tasty mocktail is perfect for those special nights in.

Ingredients (serves 1):

½ peach
300ml lemonade (or non-alcoholic prosecco)
1 raspberry to garnish
Directions:

1. Peel the peach and cut into slices. Place into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth (add a little lemonade or peach juice if you need extra liquid).
2. Add the peach puree to a champagne flute and top up with lemonade or non-alcoholic prosecco.
3. Finish off with a raspberry and sip away!

Blackberry Kir Royale Mocktail

A little bit fruity, a little bit of spice - this blackberry kir royale is the ultimate showstopper. Whether you serve it to teetotal guests, or simply enjoy it on special occasions - it's sure to go down a treat.

Ingredients (serves 1):

50g blackberries
10g sugar
Squeeze of lemon juice
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
300ml lemonade (or non-alcoholic prosecco)
1 blackberry to garnish
Directions:

1. Start by heating the blackberries, sugar, lemon and spices in a small pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break down the blackberries.
2. Using a fine sieve, strain your blackberry mixture. Use the back of a spoon to help break down any remaining pieces of blackberry.
3. Discard any of the leftover seeds and pulp from the sieve.
4. Add a little bit of puree (around 4cm) to a champagne or cocktail glass and top up with your fizz of choice.
5 .Garnish with a blackberry and enjoy.
