Consciously Crafted
Minerals is a stoneware collection lovingly made in Portugal, a country renowned for its craftsmanship and high-quality ceramics. Crafted by skilled potters, age-old techniques that have been perfected over centuries are blended with contemporary shapes and applications to create a beautiful collection for the modern home.
Minerals is designed with the environment in mind, consciously crafted to help care for the world around us. Each piece is made from organic Iberian clay, which, when fired, is called stoneware. At least 90% of the materials used to make the collection are recycled. Using recycled clay reduces the demand for virgin clay and, in turn, contributes to conserving natural resources and minimising ecological impact. Reusing and recycling clay is a practice undertaken by potters that dates back decades. By honouring these techniques, we preserve tradition and stay connected to our historical roots.
To help reduce energy usage, Minerals is also made using a once-fired production process. Coated with a reactive glaze in four different colours, during firing, the glaze reacts, resulting in unique patterns and markings across the ceramics. The collection is also beautifully presented in minimal packaging made from recycled materials that can be easily recycled by you at home.

We’ve chosen to craft the collection using stoneware, as it’s a hardwearing and sustainable clay that not only looks beautiful but is the perfect material for crafting bowls, plates and serving pieces suitable for everyday use. Every piece has been thoughtfully designed, from the feel of the mugs in your hands and how the plates look on a table, to how they fit into the everyday routine of your home being microwave, oven and dishwasher safe.
