"Beautiful mug. My husband loved it and was very impressed at the quality of it. The only thing that was negative was the delivery. You may wish to rethink who delivers it in future because nobody knocked on my door, they simply took it down to the local co-op (who provided a great service) and lied that they'd tried to deliver the package. Think it was DPD."
