Gorgeous flawless platter - it

"Gorgeous flawless platter - it will look great on next year's Christmas table with all the other Holly and the Ivy dishes I've collected over the years. However, the pasta bowls I ordered at the same time all have blemishes (they look like they are seconds). I emailed some photos to the customer service address provided, but haven't yet had a reply or even an acknowledgement. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with Portmeirion. Really quite disappointed."
