"The item was bought for my sister as a wedding gift. It arrived poorly packaged with the top plate broken. This took the thrill away from the surprise gift. She had to take photos, send them to me and then after live chat with P I had to email photos to them after being told how to dispose of the broken item! Portmeirion sent a new plate, packaged far better. I was not impressed by the customer service for such an expensive item"
