Mug lovely has same pattern both sides, lost a star as very difficult to search for on web site. Many of the flowers do NOT come up under botanic garden mugs or mandarin mugs. I phoned before Christmas to try to find out which mandarin mugs were available, but the customer service lady had same problems as me in searching anything on site and could not tell me what designs were available. I had come across some by accident. I also wanted to know whether same flower design on rear or whether the butterfly as not specified in item description. I was told that they were all butterfly designs - this is incorrect - they are all repeat of flower design on rear. Web site very poor, customer service knowledge poor.

Love design
Love poppy and wanted to buy mugs that matched anotherone, but you don;t do singularly. This came within a tin. Still this is just as good. Sort out and a new mug.
