Colour was completely wrong -
"Colour was completely wrong - shades of brown/orange, certainly not pink/red. I asked for an exchange for the proper colour and was told you didn’t have one in stock. In fact my one was just a ‘natural variation in colour as each one is individually crafted’. I have never heard such nonsense! I have collected Portmeirion for years and have an illustration of the same tulips on my drinks coaster in the true red/pink of these beautiful flowers. I have returned the chopping board, but feel sadly let down by your Customer Services team. Lynda Ellen"
