This year we’re celebrating a wonderful 10 years of Wrendale Designs and Royal Worcester’s collaboration with Hannah Dale, the creative genius behind the brand. Join us in taking a look back at where the collection began and a peek at the new additions waiting to be added to your collection.
Good Hare Day
Now a global best-selling home and gift collection that includes everything from tableware and glassware to afternoon tea accessories and even Christmas decorations (as well as much, much more), it’s hard to believe our Wrendale Designs collection started as just a small range of six fine bone china mugs.
One of the first designs featured on our initial set of mugs was the adorable Good Hare Day illustration, and ten years on it remains in the collection as a firm favourite across a mug, travel mug, dinner plates and cookware. A design close to our hearts, it was in fact hares that Hannah started to paint when first out in the glorious Lincolnshire countryside looking for inspiration. Loving their expressive faces and wonderful personalities, they marked the start of Wrendale Designs.

Our Wrendale Designs collection is adored across the globe, and you can now bring the charm of the Great British countryside into every part of your home with our extensive range. For 2023 we’re bringing personality to the heart of the home with a fresh take on the Kitchenware Collection.
Available in three different sizes and designs, a selection of delightful storage jars joins the Royal Worcester Wrendale Designs family so you can keep your goodies fresher for longer. Alongside these, keep your biscuits and sweet treats stored in adorable style too with the fine bone china biscuit barrel adorned with a greedy hamster.
To help make your cooking prep that much sweeter, adorn your countertops with the beautiful new hedgehog utensil jar holder, egg-shaped duck salt & pepper set, mouse spoon rest, and covered butter dish. Practical yet beautiful additions to the kitchen that make lovely gifts for the avid cook too.
Joining the kitchenware collection is also a new tableware range, featuring four new illustrations across dinner plates, side plates, and a selection of different sized bowls. Perfect for mix-and-match tablescapes all year round.
