"Product perfectly OK. - - - It was bought as a replacement - but sadly this did not fit my teapot, - so I'm trying to send a photo. of my teapot for the staff at Portmeirion to source the correct lid for my teapot. Everyone at Portmeirion were really kind and very helpful - so, fingers crossed for a successful conclusion !. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product and company."
