Next email said QR code would follow. Next email did have the QR code. Each time I had to wait a few days for a reply. In the meantime I was rushed to hospital for an emergency operation. My husband took the parcel to the DPD collection point and they sent me an email to say they now have the parcel. This has taken nearly a month and I have no idea when I will get a refund. These were a gift the stems are long and the box is flimsy for such a delicate item, they were individually wrapped in a single piece of tissue.
