Great product, poor after sales service
"I ordered the wine glasses to complement the Spode dinner service that I bought elsewhere. I love the design and quality of this item and they added to the overall professional and festive look of the dinner table. I bought three sets but unfortunately one glass of the 12 arrived broken. Although I reported this before Christmas, two weeks later I still haven't received a replacement. I've been offered a refund at the reduced price I paid for the glasses on a 3 for 2 offer, but this would mean me losing out on the deal. I'm still waiting for a counter offer. So, although I'm happy with the product, I'm not happy with Portmeirion's after sales service."
