Excellent company and excellent product
I ordered my 2nd travel mug a month after I bought and received my first. Just when I was expecting to receive it, I checked on the progress of it only to be told there had been in error in processing the order and it was missed (what a change it is to be actually told the truth by a customer service department!). The service I received from that moment was exceptional - they went far beyond what any other company would have done and I was amazed at their level of customer service. The mug arrived on time and the quality is excellent (this is why it is the second one I have bought)
