Christmas Gift
"I’m very pleased with both the design and quality of the mug. The reason for not giving it 5stars is quite simple - the packaging. Also beautifully designed but opening it was a nightmare. The mug had been jammed into a box that was too small and then when the lid had been placed on it was so tight that it took two of us quite some time to prise it open. Our concern was that we would damage the contents. Eventually we got the mug out intact. I’d hoped to keep the box for storage but the lid is still a very snug fit and we won’t be wrangling with it. Such a basic error for what is a beautiful mug"
