Sophie, a celebrated food writer, is a mother of two and the daughter of Sir Terence Conran and Caroline Conran. She breathes great design into each and every dish and, with her love of food and her family, she has a strong understanding of how modern families cook.
“Because I’m a cook, I know the tools I need. They bring me particular joy when they are beautiful but, most importantly, they need to be robust and functional. That’s why every single porcelain piece in both of the collections, from the largest platter to the smallest bowl, can go from being fully frozen straight into a hot oven and then to the table.”
