 Portmeirion's factory shops are dotted around the UK. All sell Portmeirion's fabulous ranges from Botanic Garden and Pomona to Crazy Daisy and Sophie Conran for Portmeirion. Whether you're looking for 'best' or 'second' ware, you're sure to find what you're looking for at surprisingly low prices.
Seconds
A bargain is sure to be had at a Portmeirion factory shop. All stores have a superb and unrivalled selection of 'second' ware that is available to buy at discounted prices.
You can still expect high quality from Portmeirion's 'second' ware. Each piece has the same properties as its 'best' equivalent, whether oven proof, freezer, microwave safe or Fire and Ice. A 'second' may have a slight discolouration, an imperfection in the glaze or in the transfer. In many cases the slight imperfections are hardly visible to the naked eye. It may even be that a 'second' piece is of the same quality as a 'best' piece but features a different motif or design.

Our Stoke, Longton King Street and Trentham shops offer a quick, fully insured, international mail order service so you can have the items you want, whether 'best' or 'second', delivered to your door.
All you need to do is contact your chosen store and tell us what you're looking for. We will select an item as per your instructions so you can be sure you get the item you want. If you're looking for 'seconds', we will talk you through why a piece is of 'second' quality so you can be sure you'll be happy with it when it arrives.
