Further to the announcement made by the Group on 16 November 2007, Portmeirion
announces that today Arthur Ralley retires as Chairman and Richard John Steele
(Dick) is appointed, with immediate effect, as Non-Executive Chairman. Dick
Steele currently holds the position of Senior Non-Executive Director.
