                      Notification of Holdings in Company



The Company has been notified of the following holdings in the Company's issued

ordinary share capital:



Saffrey Champness Trust Corporation beneficially holds 1,436,195 ordinary shares

of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') representing 13.78 per cent. of the capital of

the Company;



Rysaffe Trustee Company (C.I) Limited beneficially holds 356,077 Ordinary

Shares, representing 3.42 per cent. of the capital of the Company; and



Mr K Farhadi beneficially holds 1,265,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.14

per cent. of the capital of the Company.
