L. F BRYAN EXERCISED 18,144 OPTIONS PURSUANT TO THE PORTMEIRION 2002 SHARE
OPTIONS SCHEME AS DETAILED ABOVE. THE COMPANY HAS TRANSFERRED 18,144 SHARES TO
L. F. BRYAN ON THE EXERCISE OF THE OPTION FROM A NUMBER OF SHARES HELD IN
TREASURY BY THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY HAS FURTHERMORE AGREED TO PAY A
DISCRETIONARY BONUS OF £52,591.80 TO L. F. BRYAN ON THE BASIS THAT HE SURRENDER
56,856 OF THE OPTIONS GRANTED ON 24 MARCH 2005 AND WHICH BECAME EXERCISABLE ON
25 MARCH 2008. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES OVER WHICH L. F. BRYAN HELD OPTIONS
FOLLOWING THIS NOTIFICATION IS 263,000.
