Some items featured in the newsletter may not be in stock. You will be advised of an expected delivery date for the items you are purchasing. If this date does not meet your requirements we will cancel the order and no payment will be taken. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order. When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

We will endeavour to deliver all UK mainland orders that are in stock within 14 days from receipt of the order. For items that are not currently in stock we will advise of an expected delivery date. Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the factory shop, please notify us at stokeshop@portmeirion.co.uk or call 01782 411756 within 7 working days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement. If it has been agreed that the item(s) are to be returned, they must be sent back within 7 days.

If the goods are returned due to an error or we have confirmed that the goods are faulty we will replace where possible or refund the cost in full. In these circumstances we will arrange to have the faulty item collected or reimburse you the cost of return postage.

We would advise you for your own protection to return the item via a traceable/recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages which are damaged or lost in transit.

To return an item, please enclose the product along with all original paperwork and a note giving the reason for the return, making sure you wrap the package securely. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box. Then send the package to the address below:

Cancelling an item:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel this order by email to stokeshop@portmeirion.co.uk or by calling 01782 411756 within 7 days of the order.

If we receive this notice after we despatch the goods then please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:
